Our technical department consists of a professional team with experienced engineers in electrical equipment and provides support services on all matters concerning the quality of delivered products and services. Technical assistance is provided on-line and on-site (at customer premises) depending on the contract terms and obligations.
The services quality improvements is a continuous preoccupation of Tehnosat and each employee applies a set of procedures elaborated to facilitate the fast settling of any equipment malfunction or service outage in order to allow the service recovery and prevent the nonconformities. The relevant system's and operational procedures apply for the entire range of products and services in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
The detection of the problem, diagnosis, background of the default, notification and closing the event are mandatory steps to be followed for each customer complaint. If a complaint is not fixed within the relevant period of time, all Tehnosat available resources are channeled towards the remedy thereof.
The troubleshooting information are archived in order to obtain the history of a problem and a detailed report includes the measures taken by the Tehnosat's engineers is submitted to the customer. The events reports are subject to analysis during the training sessions and incoming data for the quality assurance department.
